Overview

At Battle Rap Global, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV) purchases, and event tickets.

A Processing Fee is added to PPV, ticket, and cart purchases at checkout and is shown as a separate line in your order summary alongside the base price. The Processing Fee covers payment-network processing costs and platform service. The Processing Fee is non-refundable. When a purchase is refunded under this policy, the refund is issued for the base ticket or PPV price only; the Processing Fee is retained. Battle Rap Global may issue a full refund (including the Processing Fee) at its discretion in exceptional cases — for example, where a platform error caused the issue.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You retain access to premium features until your subscription expires

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Subscription refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund if you have not accessed any premium content
  • Technical issues: If persistent technical problems prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Unauthorized charges: If someone made a purchase without your authorization

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation
  • Change of mind after using premium features
  • Dissatisfaction with available content
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations

2. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Event Refunds

2.1 Live Event Refunds

For live PPV events, refunds may be granted if:

  • Event cancellation: The event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled
  • Significant delay: The event is delayed by more than 24 hours
  • Platform outage: Our platform experiences technical issues that prevent you from viewing the event

2.2 Non-Refundable PPV Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Missing part of a live event due to your own schedule
  • Technical issues on your end (internet connection, device problems)
  • Dissatisfaction with event content or quality
  • Purchasing the wrong event
  • Failure to watch within the access period
  • Account sharing or unauthorized access attempts

2.3 Replay Access

If you miss a live event, replay access (if included with your purchase) serves as an alternative to a refund. Check event details for replay availability and duration.

3. Promotional Codes and Discounts

  • Promotional codes are non-refundable and have no cash value
  • If a refund is granted on a discounted purchase, only the amount actually paid will be refunded
  • Free trials that convert to paid subscriptions follow standard subscription refund rules
  • Promotional pricing is not retroactive and cannot be applied after purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Submit a Request

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID or purchase date
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

4.2 Processing Time

  • We will review your request within 5 business days
  • You will receive an email notification of our decision
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4.3 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days

Note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • Your account may be suspended pending investigation
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks
  • Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If your situation is not covered by this policy, please contact us. We review each case individually and may grant refunds at our discretion for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters affecting your ability to access content
  • Death in the immediate family
  • Military deployment

Documentation may be required to process exceptional refund requests.
