Account & Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner and then "Don't have an account? Sign up." You'll be asked for your email, username, display name, date of birth, and a password. You must be at least 18 years old to use Battle Rap Global.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification confirms you own the address you signed up with. After registering you'll receive a verification link by email. You won't be able to sign in until that link is clicked. Didn't get it? Use the "Resend verification email" option on the sign-in page.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot password?". Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour.

How do I change my email address?

Go to your account settings by clicking your profile icon and selecting "Settings." Under "Account," you can update your email address. You'll need to verify your new email before the change takes effect.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can also export a copy of your data first from Settings → Privacy.

Can I download a copy of my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. We'll process the export and email you a secure download link when it's ready (usually within a few minutes). The link is valid for 7 days.

Events, PPV & Tickets

What's the difference between PPV and an event ticket?

Pay-Per-View (PPV) gives you access to stream an event online. PPV events can be either a live stream of an event happening in real time, or a VOD (video-on-demand) release of a previously recorded event uploaded by the league. Live PPVs typically also include a replay window afterwards.

An event ticket is for attending the live event in person, sold on behalf of the league hosting the event. Some events sell both.

How do I purchase a PPV event?

Navigate to the event page and click "Purchase" or "Buy Now." You'll be prompted to enter your payment information through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you'll have access to the live stream and any included replays.

How do I buy a ticket to a live event?

On the event page, choose a ticket tier (if multiple are offered), set your quantity, and check out. We act as a ticketing agent on behalf of the event organizer. The league or promoter is the actual event host and is responsible for venue, scheduling, and event execution.

Where do I find my tickets?

Go to Account → Tickets to view all your purchased tickets. You can resend the confirmation email to yourself from that page if you need it again. Bring the QR code on your ticket to the venue.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are personal and non-transferable except as expressly permitted at the time of purchase. Sharing a ticket QR code with someone else may prevent both of you from entering.

How long do I have access to PPV content?

Access duration varies by event and is set by the league. Live PPVs typically include the live stream plus a replay window. VOD PPVs come with their own access window from the time of purchase. Check the event page for the exact access dates. Some events offer extended or permanent access.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type and whether the event takes place. PPV refunds are available if the event is canceled or if our platform has technical issues that prevent you from watching. For ticket refunds, refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's decision. See our Refund Policy for details, or email support@battlerapglobal.com.

The stream isn't working. What should I do?

First, try refreshing the page. Check your internet connection and use a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Try disabling browser extensions. If issues persist, contact support immediately at support@battlerapglobal.com with your purchase details so we can help in time.

Battlers

How do I find a battler?

Use the Battlers page from the main navigation. You can search by stage name and filter by league. Each battler has their own profile page showing their battles, videos, and events they've appeared in.

I'm a battler. How do I claim my profile?

Battler profiles are created by the leagues you've battled in. If you've been added by a league, they can send you an invitation to claim your profile, which connects it to a user account on the platform. If you can't find your profile or aren't getting an invite, email support@battlerapglobal.com.

What's the difference between a user account and a battler profile?

A user account is your personal account on Battle Rap Global — used to watch, comment, post on boards, and buy tickets. A battler profile is the performer's public listing tied to specific leagues and battles. A single user account can be linked to a battler profile if you are that battler.

How do I follow a battler?

On the battler's profile, click the follow button. You'll see their new battles and posts in your feed.

Boards (Community)

What are Boards?

Boards is the community feed on Battle Rap Global — short-form posts where users can talk about battles, share opinions, post hashtags, and follow other fans, battlers, and leagues.

How do I post on Boards?

Open the Boards page and use the post box at the top. Posts are limited to 350 characters and can include hashtags and an image. Replies and reactions appear below each post.

How does following work?

Tap follow on any user's profile to add their posts to your feed. You can switch between "All" and "Following" views on the Boards page.

What can I post about?

Battle rap content, reactions, predictions, debate, hashtag conversations — all welcome. See our Community Guidelines for what's prohibited (harassment of community members, doxxing, spam, illegal content, etc.). Battle rap performances themselves are not held to the same standard as community speech — the line is in the guidelines.

How do I report a post?

Click the menu (⋯) on any post and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action under the Community Guidelines.

Watching Content

What devices can I watch on?

Battle Rap Global works on any device with a modern web browser: computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), smartphones (iPhone, Android), tablets (iPad, Android tablets), and smart TVs with web browsers. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Safari.

Can I cast to my TV?

You can use Chromecast, AirPlay, or your device's built-in casting feature when supported by your browser. Start playing the video on your phone or computer, then use your device's cast button to send it to your TV.

Why is the video buffering?

Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. Try lowering the video quality in the player settings. Close other apps or tabs that might be using bandwidth. If you're on WiFi, try moving closer to your router or switching to a wired connection.

Where do I find videos I've watched?

Account → Watch History shows what you've watched and your progress on partially-watched videos. Use Watchlist to save videos for later.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

We do not currently support offline downloads. All content must be streamed. This protects the rights of our content creators and leagues.

For League Organizers

How do I get my league on Battle Rap Global?

Email partnerships@battlerapglobal.com with information about your league, including your league name, location, history, and the type of content you produce. Our team will review your application and follow up within 5–7 business days.

What are the requirements for league partners?

League partners must produce original battle rap content, have the rights to all uploaded material (including battler releases and music clearances), maintain professional quality standards, and comply with our Content Policy and Terms of Service. We look for leagues with established track records and regular events.

How do I upload content?

Once approved as a league partner, you'll have access to the League Admin dashboard. From there, you can upload videos, schedule events, manage your league profile, set up ticketing and PPV, and track analytics.

How do payouts work?

PPV and ticket revenue is shared between Battle Rap Global and league partners according to your partnership agreement. Payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings. You can track your earnings in the League Admin dashboard.
